1. Your account
Use accurate account information and keep your credentials private. Only use accounts and server workspaces you are authorized to access. Server owners are responsible for assigning appropriate staff permissions.
2. Your assets and permission
You retain your rights in the files you upload. Submit only assets that you own or are licensed to use and share with the selected server. Uploading gives the service permission to store and inspect those files and make them available to authorized reviewers for your submission. Supported processing requires your authorization. This does not transfer ownership of your assets.
3. Acceptable use
Do not upload malicious content, attempt to execute code through uploads, bypass access controls, impersonate another buyer, or submit files that infringe another person’s rights. Do not interfere with the service or other users’ submissions.
4. Inspection, review, and deployment
Automated inspection has limits and does not guarantee safety, performance, compatibility, or acceptance by a server. Staff may request changes or reject a submission. Approval applies to the reviewed version. Staging and live activation are separate decisions requiring appropriate authorization. Keep independent backups of your original files.
5. Current development availability
This local release provides account setup, private uploads, archive inspection, version history, and review workflows. GTA model previews and optimization are unavailable. Only the labeled harmless development fixture can complete staging; it does not install a live vehicle or restart a FiveM server.
6. Prices and purchases
Vehicle Tool subscriptions cost USD 50 per individual server per month through Stripe. Each server requires its own subscription even under the same Cfx account. Server player import-slot packages are separately purchased from that server owner’s Tebex store. No trial or annual offer is enabled. Cancellation at period end retains already-paid access until expiry; failed renewals add no grace. Refunds/disputes block new deployment authorization. Installed resources remain until explicit staff rollback. Actual billing requires configured Stripe Checkout and signed payment evidence; a checkout return alone grants nothing.
7. Files and activity records
The service stores account details, uploaded packages, inspection results, and workflow records needed to operate the workspace. Access depends on account ownership and assigned permissions. Archive storage is limited to 5 GB per server and each ZIP to 100 MB or a stricter server limit. When access ends, installed files remain untouched and records and downloads stay available for at least 30 days. Automatic deletion is disabled. This page does not replace a privacy notice.
8. Questions and production terms
For this local preview, contact the person operating your ModOps instance about access or files. These are draft development terms. The operator’s legal identity, support contact, applicable jurisdiction, privacy notice, and final commercial terms must be completed and reviewed before a public launch.
