Use /review in the configured ModOps Discord server, or react to the review prompt. The bot opens a private product menu, a 1–5 star rating and a description form. You preview it and confirm before publication. Submitting again for the same product edits your existing review.

Your selected product, rating, description and current Discord display name appear on this page and in the configured review channel. The site does not publish your Discord ID, email or order reference. Keep payment details and other private information out of your description.

Active purchase evidence verified means an approved ownership claim matches authenticated, active Tebex evidence for that product. Refunds, package expiry or mapping changes can remove the label. You can leave a review without verified evidence, and the label is not an endorsement of the rating.

Use /review-delete with the product ID shown in the private review menu. Withdrawal queues removal from the public page and updates the review log. Copies already saved by others cannot be recalled. Staff may also hide a review; editing it does not bypass that decision.

After consent, the bot queues website and review-channel delivery. Publishing is immediate by default, though the operator can enable staff approval. A temporary outage can delay delivery; your saved review remains in the queue. If the private flow cannot open, enable server DMs and unblock the bot.
